  • Goal bohot bara hota hai
  • Start heavy kar dete hain
  • 2 din baad thak jate hain

Dimagh kehta hai:

“Kal se properly start karenge”

Aur kal kabhi nahi aata.

Consistency Ka Golden Rule

Aadat chhoti rakho, lekin roz rakho.

1 ghanta parhai mushkil hai
10 minute parhai easy hai

Aur jab kaam easy hota hai,
toh dimagh mana nahi karta.

  1. Fix time
    Roz aik hi time par parhna
    Chahe sirf 10 minute hi kyun na ho
  2. Same jagah
    Jagah change = habit weak
    Same table, same corner

    Aaj ka target:

dimagh khud chal padta hai.
