Day 4 โ€“ English Bolne Ka Dar Kaise Khatam Karein

Aaj ke students ka aik common fear hai:
👉 “Mujhe English aati hai, lekin bolte waqt darr lagta hai.”

Yeh darr kam knowledge ki wajah se nahi hota,
yeh hota hai logon ke reaction ke khauf ki wajah se.

Sab Se Bara Sach

Koi bhi student perfect English bol kar paida nahi hota.
Jo aaj confidently bol raha hai,
us ne kal galtian kar kar ke seekha tha.

👉 Ghalti bolne ka matlab failure nahi, progress hota hai.

English Fear Kyun Hota Hai?

  • Log hans na dein
  • Ghalat bol diya to izzat kam ho jaye gi
  • Grammar mistake ho gayi to kya hoga

Lekin sach yeh hai:

Log 5 minute baad tumhari ghalti bhool jate hain,
lekin tumhara confidence toot jata hai agar tum try hi na karo.

Simple 3-Step Formula

  1. Soch English mein karo
    Chhoti chhoti lines:
    • I am tired
    • I will try again
    • I can do this
  2. Roz 5 minute bolna
    Mirror ke samne ya khud se.
    Topic simple rakho:
    “Aaj maine kya kiya?”
  3. Perfect banne ki koshish chhor do
    Fluency pe focus karo, grammar baad mein aati hai.

Ek Real Example

Ek student sirf aik sentence roz bolta tha:

“Today I learned something new.”

30 din baad:

  • confidence barh gaya
  • bolne ka flow aa gaya
  • darr almost khatam ho gaya

Aaj Ka Task

Aaj sirf 3 English sentences bolo, chahe ghalat hi kyun na hon.
Bolna seekhne ka aik hi tareeqa hai: bolna.

Yaad rakho:
English subject nahi, skill hai — aur skill practice se aati hai.
