Day 12 – Bure Din Ka System (Bad Days Ka Plan)

Zindagi ka sab se bara jhoot ye hai:

“Kal perfect din hoga.”

Perfect din nahi aata,
bura din aata hai — aur aksar wahi din decide karta hai ke tum kaun ho.

Successful log aur normal log mein farq kya hota hai?

👉 Successful log bure din ke liye system banate hain
👉 Normal log sirf ache din ka wait karte hain

Socho:

  • Neend poori nahi
  • Mood off
  • Dil nahi chahta
  • Dimagh heavy

Ab sawal ye nahi:
“Parhna chahiye ya nahi?”

Sawal ye hai:
Is halat mein minimum kya ho sakta hai?

🔹 Bure Din Ka Rule

“Zero allowed nahi hai.”

Agar:

  • 1 ghanta nahi parh sakte → 5 minute parh lo
  • Full workout nahi → 5 pushups
  • Pura blog nahi → 1 paragraph

Kyun?
Kyun ke identity banti hai:

“Main woh banda hoon jo rukta nahi.”

🔹 Real Example

Ek teacher tha jo roz diary likhta tha.
Bure din mein sirf 1 line likhta.

20 saal baad us ke paas:

  • 7000+ din ki diary
  • Clear thinking
  • Strong discipline

Sirf is liye ke us ne kabhi zero allow nahi kiya.

🔹 Aaj Ka Simple System

Aaj hi likho:
1️⃣ Meri daily habit
2️⃣ Uska worst day version

Example:

  • Habit: Parhai
  • Worst day version: Sirf 1 page

Ye system tumhein:

  • Guilt se bachata hai
  • Break se bachata hai
  • Restart ki zaroorat khatam kar deta hai

🔹 Yaad Rakho

Bure din failure nahi hotay
Bure din training ground hotay hain

Aaj agar tum thora sa bhi aage barhe,
to tum jeet gaye.

Day 12 complete.
Ab tum habits nahi bana rahe,
tum khud ko bana rahe ho. 💪
