Aaj hum ek bohot important aur reality-based topic par baat karenge.

Aksar log kehte hain:

“Bas willpower strong honi chahiye.”

Lekin sach yeh hai:
❌ Willpower hamesha kaam nahi karti
Environment zyada powerful hota hai

Agar aap ka environment ghalat hai,
toh aap chaah kar bhi consistent nahi reh sakte.

Environment ka matlab sirf:

  • ghar
  • school
  • room

nahi hota.

Environment ka matlab hota hai:

  • aap ka mobile
  • aap ke dost
  • aap ke aas-paas ki cheezein
  • aap ka daily routine

Yeh sab mil kar decide karte hain:
👉 aap kya karoge
👉 aur kya chhor doge

Socho:

Ek student parhne baithta hai
lekin:

  • mobile table par hai
  • notifications on hain
  • reels sirf ek swipe door hain

Ab batao,
kya wo student weak hai?
❌ Nahi
Uska environment weak hai

Atomic Habits kehta hai:

“Good habits ko easy banao,
bad habits ko difficult banao.”

Matlab:

  • Parhna hai? → book saamne rakho
  • Mobile kam use karna hai? → mobile door rakho
  • Exercise chahiye? → shoes saamne rakho

Aap apni aadaton ko force nahi,
design karte ho.

Ek acha teacher sirf lecture nahi deta,
wo learning ka mahaul banata hai.

Agar class me:

  • encouragement ho
  • pressure kam ho
  • consistency valued ho

Toh average student bhi perform kar jata hai.

“Yeh lazy hai”

Jab uska routine change hua:
