Distractions Without Fight

Aaj ka lesson bohot simple hai, lekin powerful:
Distractions se larna band karo — unko smart tareeqe se handle karo.

Hum aksar ye ghalti karte hain ke jab distraction aati hai (mobile, thoughts, log, noise), hum us se fight karne lagte hain.
Result?
👉 Dimagh thak jata hai
👉 Focus aur zyada toot jata hai
👉 Guilt aur frustration barh jati hai

💡 Sach Ye Hai:

“Distraction koi dushman nahi, balkay signal hoti hai.”

Signal ke:

  • Aap tired ho
  • Aapka environment ghalat hai
  • Ya task clear nahi hai

🔍 Distraction Se Fight Kyun Kaam Nahi Karti?

Socho:
Agar koi bachcha cheekh raha ho aur aap usay zor se chup karwao —
wo aur cheekhega.

  • Phone silent par table par rakhna bhi distraction hai
  • Aaj ka rule:
    👉 Phone dusre room mein rakho
    👉 Ya bag ke andar zip band

2️⃣ Time chhota rakho

Aksar hum kehte hain:

“1 ghanta parhna hai”

Dimagh darr jata hai.

Aaj ka experiment:

  • ⏱️ Sirf 10 minutes

Aksar 10 minutes baad flow ban jata hai.


3️⃣ Distraction List banao

Jab dimagh bole:

  • “Ye kaam baad mein karna hai”
  • “Ye yaad rakhna hai”
  • “Message check karna hai”

👉 Ek paper par likh do
👉 Aur kaam continue rakho

Is se dimagh ko tasalli milti hai ke:

“Main bhoola nahi hoon”


4️⃣ Perfect silence ki zid chhor do

Village, school, ghar — noise hoti hai.

Instead of:
❌ “Yahan parhai ho hi nahi sakti”

Try:
✅ Low volume white noise
✅ Ya bas accept karo ke thori awaz normal hai

Top performers perfect conditions ka wait nahi karte.

Ek student roz kehta tha:

“Mera focus nahi banta, bohot distraction hai.”

Jab analyze kiya:

  • Phone side mein
