👉 Jo shuru kiya hai, usey repeat karo.
Motivation har roz high nahi hoti.
Lekin habits motivation ke baghair bhi chalti hain.
Aaj bas itna karo:
✔ wahi time
✔ wahi jagah
✔ wahi 15–20 minutes
Dimagh ko signal milta hai:
“Yeh meri routine hai.”
Jaise brush roz karte ho
waise hi parhai ka chhota session bhi routine ban jata hai.
Yaad rakho:
👉 Ek din ka gap = aadat weak
👉 Roz thora sa = aadat strong
Aaj likho:
“Day 6 complete – I didn’t break the chain.”
