Aksar students ek hi ghalti karte hain:
Agar aik din aadat miss ho jaye, to woh samajhte hain sab khatam ho gaya.
Lekin Atomic Habits ka golden rule yeh hai:
👉 “Never miss twice.”
Matlab yeh ke agar aaj parhai miss ho gayi, to koi baat nahi.
Lekin kal bhi miss mat hone do.
Perfect hona zaroori nahi, consistent rehna zaroori hai.
Zindagi me sab se dangerous cheez failure nahi hoti,
failure ke baad give up kar dena hota hai.
Example:
Aik student aik din parhai nahi kar paya kyun ke mehman aa gaye.
Agar woh yeh soche ke “ab to break ho gaya”, to aadat toot jati hai.
Lekin agar woh agle din sirf 5 minute bhi parh leta hai,
to aadat zinda rehti hai.
Yaad rakho:
- Aik din miss = normal
- Do din miss = aadat khatam hone ka signal

👉 Chahe kitna bhi busy ho, aadat ko bilkul zero mat hone do.
