Aadat Mushkil Kyun Lagti Hai? (Habit Loop Simple Samjho)

(Tameer-e-Millat School me hum habits ko system ke zariye strong banate hain, pressure ke zariye nahi)

Kabhi aap ne notice kiya hai ke achi aadat shuru karna mushkil lagta hai, lekin buri aadat bohot asaan?
Iska reason hamari willpower kamzor hona nahi, balkay system ghalat hona hota hai.

Atomic Habits batati hai ke har aadat 4 steps par chalti hai:

1️⃣ Cue (Ishara)

Koi cheez jo aadat ko start karti hai.
Jaise: mobile ka notification.

2️⃣ Craving (Khuwahish)

Dil me feeling aati hai ke “yeh karna hai”.

3️⃣ Response (Action)

Aadat ka actual kaam, jaise mobile use karna.

4️⃣ Reward (Inaam)

Dimagh ko maza milta hai, aur aadat strong ho jati hai.

Masla yeh hai ke buri aadaton ka reward turant hota hai,
aur achi aadaton ka reward late milta hai.

Example:

  • Mobile chalana → turant maza
  • Parhai karna → result baad me

Solution kya hai?
👉 Achi aadat ko asaan aur attractive banao.

Agar tum parhai shuru nahi kar pa rahe:

  • Sirf 2 minute ka rule follow karo
  • Sirf book kholo, parhne ki zid mat karo

Zyada tar cases me shuru karna hi sab se mushkil hota hai.
Ek dafa shuru ho gaye, aadat khud chalne lagti hai.

👉 Kisi aik achi aadat ko itna chhota bana do ke na kehna mushkil ho jaye.

Personal line:
Mujhe bhi shuruat mushkil lagti thi, lekin jab maine 2-minute rule follow kiya to consistency aa gayi.
