(Tameer-e-millat schoool students ko sirf parhai nhi, behtar aadatein banana bhi sikhata ha)

Kabhi aap ne socha hai ke bohot badi kamyabi ka raaz asal me bohot chhoti aadat hoti hai?
Aksar hum yeh samajhte hain ke zindagi tab badlegi jab hum koi bohot bara step lenge. Lekin reality yeh hai ke zindagi chhoti chhoti habits se change hoti hai.
Ek mashhoor book hai “Atomic Habits” jo yeh batati hai ke agar aap roz sirf 1% behtar ho jao, to aik saal me aap bilkul different insaan ban sakte ho.
1% ka matlab yeh nahi ke aaj bohot zyada karo. Matlab yeh hai ke aaj thora behtar karo, kal thora aur.
Socho agar aik student roz sirf:
- 2 minute parhai kare
- 1 achi aadat choose kare
- 1 buri aadat kam kare
To kuch hi mahino me us ki soch, results aur confidence change ho jata hai.
